    It will be delivered within 35 days after confirmed order.

  • ?Can EBASEE provide samples for free? +

    We can provide samples for free, but the sample amount must not exceed the company's specified range. The freight cost should be paid by clients except for special projects.

    Our standard payment terms.

    30% deposit by T/T within 7 days after date of s/c, 70% balance before shipping.

    We offer 48 months warranty and full lifespan aftersales service, you also can choose extended warranty period.

    There is discount according to big quantity order. Please confirm with us.

    Our customer service online time is at 8:30-12:00AM, 1:30~6:00PM (UTC+8 TIME), if not online, please leave a message on whatsapp +8615821181461, and note the contact information, we will contact you as soon as possible when we receive your information.

  • ?How to claim the warranty when the product is found faulty? +

    Warranty claim requires a photo of the tracking no. (you could find the tracking no. on the product), a picture or video demonstrating the problem, sc number, and a description of the problem.

    you can fill in our customer complaint form, then email all those information to us. upon receiving the email, we will start immediately to resolve the problem.
