To further enhance corporate management capabilities and refine team-building strategies, on August 8, 2025, the EBASEE management team visited one of China’s renowned benchmark enterprises — TECSUN — for a study tour themed “Learning from Advanced Cultures, Building an Exceptional Team.”

During the visit, the EBASEE team toured TECSUN’s office facilities and model foreign-style buildings, gaining in-depth insights into its development history, management model, corporate culture, and core values. In the subsequent discussion session, TECSUN’s management shared their successful practices in organizational development, employee motivation, team collaboration, and the effective implementation of corporate culture.

TECSUN’s cultural philosophy —“Honesty, Hard Work, Love for Others,Responsibility”  — resonates strongly with EBASEE’s core values of  "Faithful , Open-Minded , Persistent , Enjoyable." Through this study tour, the EBASEE management team gained a profound appreciation for the power of advanced corporate culture in uniting employees, driving growth, and shaping a brand.

Following the visit, EBASEE actively fulfilled its corporate social responsibility by donating RMB 20,000 to Changjiang Civilian Education Foundation, supporting educational development and demonstrating care for both society and talent cultivation.
